    ALBERT B. ROSE

    Albert Brooks Rose, age 89, died August 19, 1991.

    Born December 11, 1901 in Centerville, Utah, a son of Alfred and Mary Ann Brooks Rose.

    Married Louella Jane Steadman April 25, 1925 in Salt Lake City; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple January 10, 1940.

    Raised on a ranch in Pleasant View, Idaho. Retired from U.S. Smelting in Midvale after 30 years. He was very inventive. He loved his friends, family, fishing, and the out-of-doors.

    Survived by two sons and one daughter, D. Gene and wife Doris, West Jordan; Mrs. Ray (Anita) Dunn, Sandy; Gary Lee and wife Rebecca, Rigby, Idaho; 19 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; one sister, Dora Thomas, Malad, Idaho. Preceded in death by son, Jack.

    Funeral services will be held Saturday, 12 noon, at the West Jordan 29th Ward, 6740 South 2200 West. Friends may call Friday, 6-8 p.m., at McDougal West Jordan Mortuary, 1861 West 7800 South, and Saturday, at the church, one hour prior to services. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
