Notes:

Found dead in the rear of his barn in Peace Dale. He supposedly slipped or fell from a wagon, and his head apparently hit a large stone. With his brother Charles, he had for some time been living on North Road, and working as a weaver in the Peace Dale Mill.

Funeral at 11 a.m. April 6 from J.H. Slocum, Rev. G.A. Ferguson officiating. Burial in Oak Dell cemetery.

Frederick married Hattie Evelyn Gavitt Bef 1889.
