  Notes	STEADMAN, Charles L., 83, of RD 1, Jacobsburg, died Friday morning at home.  He was born October 19, 1889 in Morgan County, Ohio, the son of the late Arthur and Etta Smith Steadman.  He was a retired employee of the North American Coal Company, Powhatan Mine No. 3; a member of the Jehovah Witnesses.  Surviving are his wife, Mabel; one daughter, Mrs. Charles (Edith) Wells of Shadyside; four sons, Elmer and Jack, both of Pipe Creek, Herman of Belmont and Daniel of Bellaire; a step-son, William Tarlton of Toledo; a step-daughter, Mrs. June French of Chillicothe, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Harry Ackerman or Victor, NY, and Mrs. Helen Craiglow of Lancaster, Ohio; 21 gandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren. Friends received at the Toothman Funeral Home, Saturday 2-4 and 7-9, also on Sunday afternoon, where services will be held Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Internment Monday in Glouster, Ohio, Cemetery.
