  Notes	From Nick Stedman (Nov 2006) : "Maude Beatrix Savignac remained a spinster throughout her life. In 1901 she was living with her brother, Francis, in the Paddington area of London. Some years later (before 1910) she bought a house in Oxshott (Littlecote). Francis also bought a house in Oxshott (Heathway). Maude looked after Nigel and Noel Stedman who were sent to England in 1909 to Prep School. She died at the age of 52. Apart from a couple of specific bequests she left everything to Francis who at some point moved into Littlecote."
