  	Mrs. Lewis R. Steadman CONVERSE -- Mrs. Lillie Mae Hill Steadman, 71, widow of Lewis Redmond Steadman, of 32 High St., died Thursday in Spartanburg. Born in Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Andrew and Milburn Hill, she was a member of Converse Baptist Church and was a retired textile employe. Surviving are a son, Boyce H. Steadman of Converse; three daughters, Mrs. Daisy Bell Jones, Mrs. Rosa Lee Owenby and Mrs. Joe Childers Sr. of Converse; two brothers, G. M. Hill of Spartanburg and Monroe Hill of Chesnee; and a sister, Mrs. Maggie Price of Converse; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. at M. W. Bobo Funeral Chapel, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park. The body will be placed int he chapel at 3 p.m. Saturday.
