      Miss Margaret La Farge, step-daughter of Mrs. Olver H. P. La Farge, of New York and this city, and faughter of the late Mr. La Farge and his fist wife, the former Miss Mary B. Lewis, of Seattle, was married last Thursday afternoon, at the La Farge home in New York to Samuel McClintock Hamill of Princeton, N. J., son of Mrs. William Kelly Prentice of Princeton, and the late Samuel McClintock Hamill of Schenectady. Only the immediate family attended the ceremony and a small reception.

      The bride was given in marriage by her brother, John T. La Farge. Her Step-sister, Mrs. Frederick G. Hoppin, the former Miss May Swords, was her only attendant. The bride's grandfather was the late John La Farge, noted artist, and memebr of a family long connected with Newport.
