  	Oneda T. Steadman 1913 ~ 2004 TOOELE- Oneda T. Steadman passed away July 19, 2994 after a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease. She was born Feb. 6, 1913 in Eureka, Utah, to Michael J. Tischner and Lillie Gabrella Ockander. She was the fifth of nine children having four older brothers (one stillborn) and four younger brothers. She married the love of her life Albert W. Steadman, June 1, 1933 in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and fulfilled many callings, including Relief Society president, Young Women's president, teacher, and stake missionary. She also served a mission to Australia with her husband Albert. She spent her life giving service by taking in meals and doing odd jobs to lift others' burdens. Family members, neighbors and friends were recipients of the beautiful quits she loved to make. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Albert, her daughter (Elaine Watkins), two grandsons and six brothers. She is survived by three sons, Gary (Mary), Nolan (Christie), Bruce (Lynda), a daughter Shauna, a son-in-law Jack Watkins (Evelyn), brothers Gerald Tischner (Margaret), Deryl Tischner (Bernice), 26 grandchildren; and 63 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 26, 2004 at 1 p.m. at the Tooele Stake Center at 253 So. 2nd East, Tooele, Utah. Friends may call at the Tate Mortuary at 110 S. Main, Tooele from 6-8 p.m. Sunday evening and from 11:30-12:30 Monday at the church.
