  	Carol Sharp Halverson 1935 ~ 2007 Torrey and West Jordan, Utah  -- Carol went home on Feb 28, 2007. She was born February 3, 1935 to Ethel Geneve Steadman and Rennald George Sharp in Rigby, Idaho and raised in West Jordan. She married Leland J. Halverson on October 6, 1954 in the LDS Temple in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from Jordan High. Carol was a very gifted artist. She loved to sing and play the piano and guitar. She enjoyed the outdoors which was reflected in her paintings. Carol was a very sweet, caring person and loved by everyone who knew her. She is survived by her husband Lee, children Carolee (John) Lloyd, Wayne (Liz) Halverson, Bonnie (Jon) Jones, Janet (Guy Madison) Halverson, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, brother Glen (Elaine) Sharp, sister Marion Egbert. Preceded in death by two brothers Ray and Lynn. Funeral Services will be held Monday evening at 7 p.m. at the Broomhead Funeral Home 12600 S. 2200 W, Riverton, UT, where friends may call from 5-7 p.m. prior to services.
