Funeral services were held March 5, at McGinnis, Chambers and Sass Funeral Chapel in Bettendorf, Iowa. Interment was at Davenport Memorial Park, Davenport, Iowa. Blanche Oleta Steadman was born February 18, 1904 in Miller to Arthur Allen and Mary Isabelle (Waite) Steadman. She married James E. Gulliford in Ree Heights on June 8, 1927. He preceded her in death on March 3, 1980. Survivors include her daughter, Constance Lyons of Davenport; grandchildren, Dennis, Steve and Wayne; great-grandchildren, Melissa, Sarah, Kenton, Angela, Eric, Jennifer, Amanda ad Brett; sister-in-law Gladys (Clifford) Steadman, Rapid City; two nieces; and three nephews. She was the great-aunt of Scotty Gibson, St. Lawrence. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters Maude Gibson, Ava Haefs and Grace; and her brothers, Clifford, Edgar, Floyd, Kermit and Artie.
