  	Mary is buried in the Needham family plot with her second husband in Prospect Cemetery in Vergennes, Vermont. Some of her children are also buried there.
  Notes	Mary's mother, Jeanne Sylvester, died in Vergennes, VT. while Mary was still a baby. The poll tax record for the city of Vergennes indicates that Ferman left town following his wife's death. Harriet S. Haseltine is most likely the woman who raised Mary Albert. The 1860 census has Mary Albert, age 5, residing with the A.E. and Sophia Haseltine family in Bristol Vermont. In the 1870 census she is still living with the Haseltine family. Her occupation is listed as domestic servant but there is no indication of whether she worked for the Haseltines or someone else. Several sources in the Vergennes vital records list Mary's maiden name as Haseltine or her mother's maiden name as Haseltine. On her birth record however, her mother's name is Jeanne Sylvester. Mary remarried Amos Prescott Needham after Willis' death.
