    • Mrs. Harriet Stedman died at the residence of her daughter. Mrs. W. F. Gelston, in Buffalo at an early hour Friday morning, at the age of 81. Mrs. Stedman, who was for many years a resident of Livonia, went with Mr. and Mrs.Gelston to Buffalo about eighteen years ago, but has frequently visited her old home. The funeral services were held at Mrs. Gelston's and the remains were brought here Monday. The burial was at the side of her husband and son in the Livonia cemetery. Mrs. Stedman, or "Aunt Harriet," as she was called by so many, was a kind and considerate woman, always ready to help in time of sickness or other trouble, and many of her old friends were at the station and followed the remains to the cemetery. During her residence in Buffalo she retained the old ejection for Livonia, whose familiar scenes were visited from time to time with such pleasure.
