  	Russell H. Gingrich Russell H. Gingrich, 67, of 1307 E. Caracas Ave., Hershey, died Tuesday at home. He was a World War II Army veteran; was retired from the Longitude Department of Hershey Foods Inc. after 38 years' service; was a member of American Legion Post 72, Palmyra, and Hershey Volunteer Fire Company; was a former chairman of the Conference Committee of Local 464 Chocolate Workers, Chocolate Division, a former member of that executive board and a former departmental representative; and was a member of First United Methodist Church, Palmyra. Surviving are his wife, Millie Phillippy Gingrich; two brothers, Joseph of Palmyra and Richard of Lancaster; and a sister, Arlene Harlacher of Dillsburg. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Rothermel Funeral Home, Palmyra, with his pastors, the Revs. Thomas W. Chadwick and Thomas W. Fries officiating. Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, North Londonderry Twp. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to his church, Green and Birch streets, Palmyra 17078.
